Today, he is broadly recognized as one of the area's most successful commercial real estate agents. Jack is joined by partners Chuck Mitchell and John Denton in the formation of Maloney, Mitchell & Denton, LLC Commercial Properties, which provides real estate brokerage services in both South Carolina and Georgia. |
 912.232.4646 Contact Chuck | CHUCK MITCHELL brings a unique perspective to the real estate brokerage business based on his 20-year career in the real estate development industry coupled with four years in the brand management function at Procter & Gamble. Most recently, Chuck spent four years with Crescent Resources, the real estate development subsidiary of Duke Energy, as the project manager for Oldfield in Okatie, SC. Prior to Crescent, he spent 16 years with the Branigar Organization, the real estate development subsidiary of then Union Camp, now International Paper. During that time, he managed the national marketing program for The Landings on Skidaway Island, directed new project development efforts, and was responsible for the initial planning, permitting and development of some of the area's most successful large scale developments including the 9,300-acre Godley Tract; the 5,200-acre Buckwalter Tract; the 600-acre Shultz Tract; and the 22,000-acre Argent Tract. |

John was also President and CEO of Snyder's of Hanover, the country's leading manufacturer of pretzels and other salty snack foods. During his career in the food industry, he led acquisition initiatives representing over $350 million in sales in North America and abroad. Prior to this, John was a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive with Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio before being named president of Hanover Foods in the mid-1980s. |

 912.232.4646 Contact Cecil | CECIL ABARR has served as Broker-in-Charge since the founding of Maloney, Mitchell, and Denton, LLC in July of 2005. He has held Brokers' licenses in various states over the past thirty years, and currently holds a Broker's license in Georgia and South Carolina. Cecil joined the Branigar Organization, Inc. in 1973, then, a subsidiary of the Union Camp Corporation (now International Paper), where he held key financial and management positions until becoming President where he served until retirement in 1994. Branigar developed over eighty residential communities of various sizes, primarily in the Midwest and Southeast. He later formed his own company and developed Henderson Golf Community and, in addition, has served in various consulting and advisory capacities for developers in the Southeast. |

 843.681.9681 Contact Bryan | BRYAN HUGHES (BA, University of Georgia, 1997) joined the firm in 2005 as an associate broker, bringing with him 6 years experience in new residential development and sales. Bryan is a lifelong resident of Hilton Head and the Low Country making him extremely knowledgeable and well connected. He has worked with Sea Pines Real Estate, Daufuskie Island, and the Melrose Company in the past. Since joining MMD, Bryan has been involved with multiple transactions in the Bluffton/Okatie/Hardeeville area, serving both commercial and residential developers. |

 912.232.4646 Contact Caroline | CAROLINE LLOYD joined Maloney, Mitchell & Denton in June 2005 after moving from Memphis, Tennessee bringing with her six years of administrative experience in commercial real estate. Caroline's work history includes thirteen years as a data processor with Reynolds, Bone & Griesbeck, the oldest and one of the largest CPA firms in Memphis, Tennessee. Caroline also spent six years as executive assistant with Jon Albright Real Estate Services (JARES) in Collierville, Tennessee. As executive assistant to Jon Albright, Caroline's duties also included overseeing the various office parks built and managed by JARES. Caroline is the administrative assistant/office manager of MMD's Savannah location. |
