Company History

Dramatic development interest throughout coastal South Carolina and Georgia prompted the decision to establish a new organization called Maloney, Mitchell & Denton, LLC -- Commercial Properties (MMD) in late 2004, with the credentials and experience to provide real estate brokerage services in both South Carolina and Georgia through its offices in Savannah, GA and Hilton Head, SC.

The Company brings an unparalleled combination of development, marketing, management, and brokerage experience to the commercial real estate industry. The partners enjoy close working relationships with national builders as well as regional and local builders. These relationships, coupled with a strong working history with the region's developers and consultants, have led to a fast start for the new company. Since the company's inception, it has closed almost $300 million in sales.

Jack Maloney and John Denton operate primarily out of the Hilton Head office with associate broker Bryan Hughes.  Chuck Mitchell operates exclusively out of the Savannah office supported by office manager, Dawn Lara.
