On January 1, 2012 two commercial real estate companies combined their extensive experience, resources and expertise to launch a new company, MSK Commercial Services.The two companies of MMD Commercial Properties and Southeastern Commercial Services are now one--MSK Commercial Services.

 MSK Commercial Services (MSK) is a commercial real estate company dealing primarily in land tracts for residential, commercial and industrial development and investment.  We also offer our brokerage/consulting services for commercial properties--either for sale, lease or management.

 With our office centrally located on Hilton Head Island, SC our market area stretches along the coast from Myrtle Beach to the Florida border.  Knowledge of the marketplace, extensive demographics data, highly-targeted marketing and specialized service are what sets us apart from the rest.
